DAY 1 – FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 6

Travel day – Flights and arrival at destination

Private check-in at resort

Welcome reception at Main Pool
The reception includes a 2-hour open bar, hors d’oeuvres, and entertainment.
Drinks and Tacos
Dress code for the welcome reception is: SMART CASUAL. Gentlemen should wear a collared shirt and smart shorts. Ladies should wear a dress or a blouse with trousers or a skirt.

DAY 2 – SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 7

Morning Business Session at resort
Keynote speaker 9:00 am – 10:30 am
immediately followed by
Beach Olympics 10:30 am – 12:00 pm
Dress code for the business meeting is: CASUAL. The Beach Olympics follow immediately afterwards.

Feature evening event – Private Party at Cabo Wabo Cantina including 3-hour open bar, buffet dinner, entertainment, and transfers. 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm

DAY 3 – SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 8

Breakfast at resort

Tours and activities
All tours depart from the lobby
ATV departs at 8:20 am
Catamaran/snorkeling departs at 9:00 am
Flora Farms departs at 9:15 am

AutoCanada Awards Gala – Rhythm of the Night
6:00 pm – midnight
Starts at the Main Pool
The event includes dinner and open bar, entertainment, awards presentation after party with DJ and hors d’oeuvres.
Dress code for the AutoCanada Awards Gala is as follows: SEMI-FORMAL. Suits and smart attire is encouraged.

DAY 4 – MONDAY, FEBRUARY 9

Day at leisure

Optional tours and activities at participant’s expense

Afternoon pool party at resort with DJ
1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Dinner at resort
6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

DAY 5 – TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 10

Travel day – Transfer to airport for return flights
